I’m not ghosting you, I promise!
Four days ago, The Globe and Mail published a great article mentioning my career strategy practice. Being in Canada’s national newspaper was awesome. I’m still excited that it happened.
But being a solopreneur comes with the dizzying highs and terrifying lows.
Yesterday, I also realized I’d broken my website’s inbound contact form. And that it’s been broken for months.
I don’t use my core email address for web widgets. Through Hover, which hosts my domains, I set up email aliases to route the traffic to the right place. The one I was using on the contact form was sending people into the void.
The good news? I’ve fixed it. Thanks to my excellent marketing colleagues 👩💻 Jess Joyce and Lori Steuart for helping me test!
The bad news? If you reachout out through this site over the last two months, I probably didn’t get your message.
I wish I could say I had a conversation with the intern running this initiative, but, well, she’s me.
Let’s take a moment to pour one out here for my past self. She blithely thought she’d nailed this piece and happily checked it off her list.
<sighs in exasperation>
